PM Awas Gramin List Rajasthan 2026: Check Your Name Gram Panchayat-Wise

Families in Rajasthan's villages can see the PMAY-G beneficiary list of their gram panchayat on the central AwaasSoft report in two to three minutes, without a login. The usual trouble is choosing the right panchayat samiti (block) and the right financial year. This guide walks through both, with a worked example and what to do if your name is missing.

What is it?

Pradhan Mantri Awaas Yojana–Gramin (PMAY-G) is the central rural housing scheme. In Rajasthan it is implemented by the state Rural Development and Panchayati Raj Department, but every sanction, instalment and photo is recorded on the same national AwaasSoft system used in all states. That is why the Rajasthan list is not on a separate state website — you open the central report and select Rajasthan. In Rajasthan the block level is called the panchayat samiti; on the portal it appears in the 'Block' drop-down, so pick your panchayat samiti's name there. A house is sanctioned only for families on the verified Permanent Wait List, in the order fixed after Gram Sabha verification.

Benefits

Checking the list yourself tells you three things without visiting anyone: whether your house is sanctioned, the registration number (which you need for every later check), and whether instalments have been released. It also protects you from middlemen who claim they can 'add a name' for money — the list shows exactly what the government system holds.

Practical example: Suppose Kamla Devi lives in a gram panchayat of the Bali panchayat samiti in Pali district. She selects Rajasthan → Pali → Bali → her gram panchayat → 2025-26 and does not find her name. Her family's survey was done later, so she switches the year to 2026-27 and finds her name with a registration number starting 'RJ'. She copies that number into the beneficiary search and sees that the first instalment is shown as released. This is an illustration of the steps, not a real record.

Eligibility criteria

  • ✓Rural household in Rajasthan that is houseless or lives in a kutcha or dilapidated house
  • ✓Not excluded by national PMAY-G criteria (for example a member in government service, or other exclusions applied in the survey)
  • ✓Name included in the verified Permanent Wait List after Gram Sabha verification
  • ✓An Aadhaar-seeded bank account in the beneficiary's name for direct transfer

Documents required

  • ✓Aadhaar of the beneficiary (for identification and bank seeding)
  • ✓Bank passbook of the account linked to Aadhaar
  • ✓Jan Aadhaar card, if your gram panchayat asks for it for local records
  • ✓MGNREGA job card, for the wage component during construction

How to apply — step by step

  1. Open report.pmayg.dord.gov.in/netiay/newreport.aspx on your phone or computer
  2. Under 'Social Audit Reports', click 'Beneficiary details for verification'
  3. Select State: Rajasthan, then your district
  4. In 'Block', choose your panchayat samiti, then your gram panchayat
  5. Select the financial year — try the current year first, then the previous one
  6. Choose 'Pradhan Mantri Awaas Yojana Gramin', fill the captcha and submit
  7. Press Ctrl+F (or 'Find in page' on mobile) and type your name or father's/husband's name
  8. Note the registration number and use it in the beneficiary search for sanction and instalment details

Important dates

There is no last date for checking the list. New sanctions depend on each year's target for Rajasthan and your position in the wait list, so check again at the start of a financial year and after Gram Sabha meetings. Any message claiming a 'last date to add your name' should be confirmed with your gram vikas adhikari or panchayat samiti office.

Common mistakes to avoid

  • ✓Searching for a 'Rajasthan awas website' instead of the central AwaasSoft report
  • ✓Selecting the tehsil instead of the panchayat samiti in the Block field
  • ✓Checking only one financial year and assuming the name is not there
  • ✓Spelling the name only one way — try the Hindi spelling, the husband's name or the father's name
  • ✓Paying anyone to 'add a name' — sanctions come only from the verified wait list

Frequently asked questions

Is there a separate Rajasthan website for the PM Awas list?

No. The list for every state, including Rajasthan, is on the central PMAY-G report at report.pmayg.dord.gov.in. Select Rajasthan in the filters.

How much money is given under PM Awas Gramin in Rajasthan?

In plain areas the national rate is ₹1.20 lakh per house, released in stages after geo-tagged progress photos, plus MGNREGA wages for unskilled work. Districts notified as difficult areas can have a higher rate; confirm with your panchayat samiti.

My name is not in the list. What should I do?

First check other financial years and spellings. If it is still missing, ask your gram panchayat or panchayat samiti about your position in the Permanent Wait List. If you were wrongly left out, you can complain at the block office and on pgportal.gov.in.

Can I check the list on mobile?

Yes. The report opens in a mobile browser. Use 'Find in page' to search for your name in the long table.
