The portal status message usually tells you which of these is holding the payment. Fix that one item through the official channel — the bank branch for seeding, the CSC or portal for e-KYC, and the block agriculture office or Krushak Sathi for land and category issues — and then check the status again after the next verification cycle. Agents cannot add names to the list; approval is done only through the state database and verification.
